"There are a few Lao places in the bay area, but this is the one that tastes most like my mom’s cooking. I always love eating my mom’s khaub piaj (khao piak) and thankfully this food truck’s khao piak tastes amazing! the portion size is great as well! makes it worth the price. there was also a lot of meat with the beef Laab even underneath the lettuce. When i asked for extra spicy, they delivered! it’s not good if it’s not spicy. love dipping my sticky rice in the laab and the pepper sauce. 10/10 would recommend"

"The food here is absolutely delicious! I love it and will definitely make it a my go to place. I had the chicken noodle soup (Khao Piak) which is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. My husband had the beef sandwich roll ( Lao Banh Mi) and the shrimp spring rolls, and we shared a chicken Pad Thai. Oh my goodness what a special treat!! I haven’t had good Lao & Thai food since I worked in S.F. 6 yrs ago. The flavors are right on and authentic. We just learned of this place from a dear friend and I was shocked that this Food truck was so close to my home. I highly recommend the food."

"I love supporting a local business, and this Lao and Thai food truck doesn't disappoint. Solid 4 stars in food, service, and price. I love ordering a lot of dishes to try everything. Potstickers and veggie egg rolls were similar to what I can get at Panda Express or any other Asian take out. Spring Rolls were good with fresh ingredients. What stood out and I will MOST DEFINITELY order again: Pad Thai; Fried Chicken; and my favorite so far, the Khao Mun Gai Tod. I haven't tried the Papaya Salad or Fried Rice yet. I ordered online and everything was ready on time and perfectly correct."

"It is so so hard to find GOOD Lao food anywhere and my family and I loved this food truck! They have two large tables under a netted tent for seating. Must try the Nam Khao, it was so fresh and crispy and delicious. The matcha green iced tea was super refreshing. My family devoured the food before I could whip my camera out. We make our own spring rolls at home and like to try others but nothing beats home made. Also have to try the khao piak! Definitely would come back and the people that run the food truck are so friendly. I love my Lao people!"

"Ive had the privilege to taste Thai cuisine, cooked by a Thai celebrity chef and the Pad Thai was my absolute favorite. I've been on the search for something close to it for years. Having tried many at different Thai establishments, this was by far the best and closest to what I remember. I have finally found my go to spot!"
