"Hello…. It’s an airport Bar/ Restaurant.. and well, I’ve been to many around the world…. I must report that most of the reviews are about right. Sometimes you get great service and sometimes you don’t. I’ve e been coming here for about 6 years now since I fly outta SFO for work. I have no complaints, in fact, when I’m here I seem to have great friendly service and I must say the food is pretty delicious too. (Maybe the bad reviews are from Karen’s & Carl's. Remember, if you treat your serviced with distain & disrespect, you just might get bad service.) Today I had the chicken quesadillas… OMG..! Yummmmm. I also had a delicious Greyhound adult beverage. I’ve had many beers, wines and mixed drinks here over the years and haven’t been dissatisfied or disappointed…. Yet. Yes, you’ll pay “Airport Prices”. But come on… you knew that…. & it’s SFO."

"BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO INTO THIS BAR. THEY WILL ROB YOU, YES ROB YOU. On Sunday 29th of October we had a connecting flight at San Francisco Airport, we passed this bar and thought we would like to try the Frogger cocktail. We ordered 4 and had 5 pints of Coors light beer total of 9 drinks (no food). Andy H served us, we got the receipt of $135.41 I thanked him and gave him $10 Cash. When I got to my destination I checked my account only to find I had been billed $223 I tried to phone but NO ANSWER, I left a message but guess what NO ANSWER. I'm going to tell everyone who will listen about this bar and staff. So you have been warned ⚠️ DONT GO INTO THIS BAR."

"Of course being at the airport in 2023 prices are even more astronomical - $50 for a caprese salad and two beers. Great view outside of airport activity whilst quaffing a tasty brew. Very sad that Anchor is still on the menu but not on tap. Those many good old days of my trips to and through SF are gone. SF was such a great city and atmosphere but now SFO is a passthru but no reason to visit the city."

"Crazy bad service. I don’t mind the “Seat yourself”, but after we paid the food & tips in advance, nobody comes and asks you what to drink. We are dry as desert, and my friend had to go find someone ask for water. Foods are expensive and taste awful. And they never cleaned up the table around you. You are surrounded by left over on the other tables!"

"THIS IS A WAITERLESS RESTAURANT. The reviews complaining about 'lack of waiters' seems pretty laughable seeing as no one seems to read the sign right at the front that says to PLEASE SEAT YOURSELF. Once you seat yourself, you will find a QR code to scan on the table. Scan the QR Code. You will ORDER and PAY on the site it takes you to. It takes waiting out of the equation for a waitress to notice you, that's why you seat yourself. There is 1 or 2 waitress bringing you the food, but overall they are not really there to take your order but just hand you the food and items you need. I did see some patrons get their order taken by a waitress, but if you're going to wait, be prepared to wait awhile. This is a 'techie' restaurant which limits the contact you need to have with the workers. If scanning a QR code is not something you or your phone can do, I don't recommend you eat at this place. We had a couple hours before our flight so wanted to eat at one of the sit down restaurants. This place was pretty empty and we can understand why as it seems most people don't take the time to read. Food was priced pretty typical for the Bay Area, so if your a Baydestrian, the prices won't scare you. Food was decent enough to enjoy, although not very generous in portions, left pretty satisfied. Even though food was ok, I'd come back since all the other restaurants seemed to be full up but this pub was half empty."
