"Pierson's was super helpful in getting my car stereo system to sound warm and wonderful! Steve's recommendation to what would be needed was really helpful. They stand by their work and will always be my #1 auto stereo store. Thanks Steve for your and your team taking care of my needs! :-)"

"Overall, not that impressed. Very few mid to high dollar head units/speakers are hooked up to display consoles, so generally you have no way have your ears help you dial-in a choice for your best price/performance combination - that's why someone chooses to go into a walk-in store over going mail-order. Sure, there's a risk where the customer will visit, get their info and still go mail order, but my take is if a business goes the extra mile to give you this decision advantage and the prices are fair, they win the sale. I noticed prices on head units and speakers are not marked consistently on display items, but instead quoted verbally, or after referring to behind the counter notes. Since that's the normal practice of this business, once you get a quote, check around...you may be glad you did."

"Sorry to say, don't go here especially for late model vehicles. Horrible experience upgrading stereo on a 2016 CR-V. They had to experiment with multiple interfaces to get the right side camera working and we had to spend extra to purchase a new backup camera. Definitely not experts, they seemed to be making it up as they went. Tried to share my experience from a customer's perspective and the owner, rather than listening and empathizing, proceeded to interrupt and point out that they rock and have been in business for many years and that, if my experience was real, they wouldn't be in business. He also pointed out to me that I'm not perfect either... seriously? At no time did any variant of I'm sorry (for your experience, for the inconvenience, that you're frustrated...) come out of his mouth. Just a constant flow of justification. Staff is nice enough and the owner is personable as long as everything is going smooth but I would warn people to choose another shop to have your sound upgraded especially late model vehicles with other systems integrated into the stereo. These guys just don't have a deep understanding of how the systems interact or the proper interface to install, at least in a Honda. We really wanted to support a local business but this ended up a very negative experience at a premium price."
