"This place has really gotten bad since the new manager took over. The workers all look depressed now and the food has gotten terrible. My last order was made so nasty I couldn't even finish it."
"Service has really gone down hill the past couple weeks since the new manager took over. The employees don't seem as friendly. The food seems like it is made sloppy now. And the dining area is dirty a lot now. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the city but not no more."
"Erjuan, the shift lead at the register, was warm, kind, and provided excellent customer service. He provided alternatives to the way I had ordered an item to save me money, answered the phone in parallel without disrupting my order intake and being attentive to the phone customer, and corrected a staff member who mispronounced my name when they called out (also added Ms.). Very polite and went above and beyond which is not typical in a fast food environment. I hope this review is seen by management and he is recognized for his efforts. The food quality was in line with typical Taco Bell and KFC items."

"Erjuanw my cashier was familar with menu and when i go to taco bell, the young black man is there at taco bell talk about dedication to his job! Food hot enough. Many people were there lots of customers I went at 558pm to get food."
