"I stopped in this store at the beginning of my stay in Calistoga. The store is beautifully curated and has a lot of fun, weather appropriate options, all with a retro twist. After purchasing my new dress and pants, I already loved this store. What really inspired me to write a review was what happened at the end of my vacation: I had an issue with one of the items I purchased (it was from an outside brand, and the problem had to do with a manufacturing issue, nothing the store did at all). The store owner was incredibly understanding/generous/flexible. She refunded me about 75% of the price, let me keep the pants, and sent me on my way with some tips about how to repair them. I am so impressed both with the store itself and the customer service!!"
