"Perhaps our experience is terribly unique given the other positive reviews but we can’t recommend working with Zack, the manager Michael or Airport appliances at all. We ordered new kitchen appliances, the initial delivery had a damaged microwave and then when the installer was putting in the oven/microwave he realized that Airport had ordered the wrong one. This led to it nearly taking five months to finally get the appliances in. In addition, they convinced us to pay the restocking fee to return the wrong microwave/oven and promised a refund of the restocking fee once the correct oven was delivered. However, it’s been 3 months and we still haven’t received the refund and nobody returns phone calls. Leaving two stars because the appliances ultimately work well but the experience has been a nightmare. Hoping this review will encourage airport to contact me soon so I do not have to pursue other measures to obtain the promised refund, and put others on notice to proceed with caution. I should also mention that the reason they likely have so many positive reviews is because they have signs in the store offering customers money off of purchases for reviews on Google and Yelp."

"I purchased a washer and dryer from Airport in January 2023. It has been a nightmare. The installation took 3-4 attempts, damaged units (not laying this at their feet), then they delivered a good unit, but the crew who delivered it could not install the side vent. The dryer never worked right and we smelled gas, they told us it was a GE problem, G.E. came, ordered parts, installed parts (3 more visits), still smells strongly of gas, they say it is an installation problem. I go down to the store, speak with Michael Jenkins, the manager, he says, I have a bad dryer, he will talk to the GE rep and get one to replace it, should be 2-3 days. Meanwhile, my wife and I have been going to the laundry mat for months. two weeks later, no word from Mr. Jenkins. I go to the store, he was not in, I come back the next weekend and he again says it will come in a couple of days. IT DOES! YAY!! Oh but the crew who brings it, can't do the side vent kit, just like the first time in February or March after multiple attempts. So again, I have a dryer sitting in my office (the won't leave it outside, they also won't tell you when they will come back). Now 11 months after purchase, at least 9 visits, where they give you a 4 hour window, so you have to take time off of work, what do I have? A dryer in my office. Spoke with a sales rep, he seemed like he was going to help, but transferred me to another sales rep, who called service. Told me they would call me back, they haven't. They do have an outsourced "customer service" number that goes to India, but they have no power, no ability to make anything happen and after a dozen calls there, I give up. I am just frustrated. I paid almost $3,000, $100's in laundromat fees, hours at the laundromat, hours waiting for them to show up. I have never lost my cool, never shouted at anyone, asked them what I need to do, how they can help resolve this. So I am sure the high star rating they have is when everything goes smooth, but when it doesn't, the response is really slow. I am happy to amend this if they ever come through, but that is my story."

"The salesperson Brad took good care of me and even reached out on his day off to tie up loose ends and confirm the delivery, making sure I got my fridge on the day I needed it. The delivery folks were very conscientious and gentle in our home and they did the job fast!"

"Our purchase was pleasant and painless. Thus far, we are happy campers! Our salesman couldn't have been kinder, more patient, or more knowledgeable. There's not much more to ask from such an interaction. Please give him a raise! We're saluting Brad Millenbach! We await delivery and installation tomorrow which should clearly be part of this review process. You're having a little premature evaluation here, but hopefully your installers will live up to the same high-quality standards set by your salesman."

"First time coming here to look for major appliances. I was impressed at the number of options and selection from major brands and premium ones I've never heard of. We worked with one of the salesman named John and he was friendly, attentive, very helpful, accommodating, down to earth and in general a great person to work with. We ended up buying a refrigerator from him after spending a good hour looking, comparing and talking amongst each other and with John. We originally were going to get a $1800 fridge but we walked out with a better one that suited it us better although a bit more pricier. Will definitely consider coming here for other appliances."
