"Closed during normal hours. Waited 10 minutes. No actual time posted. Losers!! EDIT AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: I'm not sure if you're trying to be funny or something, or if someone with a name similar to mine actually applied to work at your bike shop. . . BUT I WAS JUST A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER (not a prospective employee) who stopped by in the middle of a long bike ride, during your posted OPEN hours, for some supplies. As you can see from the sign posted in your window, your employee took a break and closed the store. I waited MORE than 10 minutes. . . nobody reopened the store. Two other prospective customers stopped by and left also. Everyone was very annoyed! Good luck with your hiring though. . . you clearly need some dependable employees."
"Great customer service! I went to take my bike out for a ride and my chain snapped while I was still at my house. I went in for a walk in appt to get it fixed and they fit me in right away! They replaced my chain and tuned up my shifter (caught the issue without me even saying anything). I was able to get in and out and still make my ride same day. Really happy with my visit here."
