"I would not purchase another item or refer anyone to this company again. I purchased a gas fireplace in July 2021 and it finally came in in February 2022. When it was installed the trim was missing. I was asked to pay the final balance and was assured by the owner "Guy" that it would be ordered and installed. To date I am still waiting for this to happen. I even asked for a part number so that I could order it myself since I was getting no response to my calls or letter and have yet to receive that information. Very disappointed."

"I bought a gas insert for my fireplace around 15 or so yrs ago and it's warmed my house most excellent and basically has paid for it's self probably 3 times in savings by not using my forced air heater, by using the insert instead. There's nothing compared to be able to go stand in front of the fireplace and warm your buns. Lol I have always gotten welcomed good service there. I went there today to see about getting a new insert, all on the showroom floor are beautiful. Please take note, during these times of Covid it's best to schedule an appointment before you go."

"The owner was very helpful. She walked us through the different inserts. The one downside I saw was the fact that they do not carry any models, and you must order. The shipping fee was the deciding factor in who we were going to choose. Sorry Buck."
