"Nothing special, shared a wet steak burrito, my niece ordered green chicken pozole. The pozole was lacking in flavor, it was missing something. She literally only had a couple of spoonfuls and my stomach was upset after having my half of the wet burrito and glass of horchata."

"Rancho Fino, what a delightful discovery. We rolled past yesterday (Thursday) on a fluke, and noticed they serve breakfast at 8:00am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Wait, what? Friday…squeal! All of our local favorite Mexican food haunts typically open only on Sunday and not until 9:30 or later. Since we prefer to eat earlier, I hit the reviews (excellent) and informed my Prince Charming that we’d be going out to breakfast Friday instead of Sunday. Although PC began to pitch a fit, I’m happy to report I won this round. The hubby is beyond pleased, as well. Located on the intersection of Rockville Road and Suisun Valley Road, with ample free parking, at Rancho Fino you’re treated like long last family in the best way possible. Friendly, helpful, professional. Evidently breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is a full house, but on Friday you beat the crowd and enjoy individualized service beyond compare. We spoke with three employees, all wonderful, however our server, Eddie, is topnotch exceptional. The owner Antonio (who is currently on vacation in Cancun) really scored a jewel when he brought Eddie onboard, who typically comes in at 3:00 and bartends, but was covering the breakfast shift for vacationing Antonio today. Eddie is exceptional, yet I can’t wait to meet Antonio. Here, you order when you arrive, then take a seat with a courtesy basket of hot crispy chips, made from house made corn tortillas, and a bowl of fresh, thick and flavorful red salsa with just the right amount of heat. Instead of regular coffee, we got adventurous and sipped Café de la Olla ($4.25) available only during breakfast hours. Brewed lovingly in a big pot, with piloncillo panela (the cone-shaped dark brown sugar cane you may have noticed in the markets) Mexican cinnamon sticks, and dark Mexican coffee. I typically can’t stomach coffee without milk. Did I add milk? No. You can, but honestly, it would take away from the remarkably smooth flavor. You truly don’t need milk. Don’t mess with perfection. As a rule, hubby doesn’t like flavored coffee, at all, but went happily rogue today. We’ll both order it over the regular coffee on our next breakfast visit, which will be sooner than soon. Do not miss the Huevos Rancheros, a bargain at $13.95: Two generous house made (corn) tosadas, topped with perfect refried beans, two eggs your way, green (tomatillo) or red salsa (or both), sour cream, cotija cheese, (generous slices of raw white onion) and cilantro. Served with house rice. We both ordered the green salsa. Our breakfast was absolute perfection on a plate. Accessibility: Two large van-accessible handicapped parking spaces. The side entrance, to the left of the handicapped parking signs, is plenty wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair or a scooter, but does have a minimal threshold. The single multigender large restroom is easily accessible. Don’t forget to check out the dining room mural, faux brickwork, and original artwork, gorgeously painted by Esteban. Our next visit will be for dinner. It’ll be the Chile Rellenos for yours truly. Hubby will order the off-menu chicken enchiladas. According to other reviews they’re to die for, and according to Eddie, Rancho Fino’s most popular off-menu item. Hubby plans to wash down those enchiladas with a humongous $50 Top Shelf Margarita, prepared with a double shot of expensive, albeit rare, Clase Azul Tequila a Reposado, and dang near served in a fishbowl. I can’t wait to order the highly recommended Chile Rellenos, and wash them down with water since I’ll be driving home, for sure. You simply must give Rancho Fino a try. Immediately! Go now!"

"Our first time at Rancho Fino and we will be back! The tortilla chips are the best hands down! My family ordered steak fajitas, carnitas and steak burritos and I had the chicken taco with rice and beans. It was pretty silent at the table for awhile! Rave reviews by all!"

"Came in for the mango margarita with chimoy. We had the chicken nachos and a chicken quesadilla. But the margaritas were the bomb, highly recommend them."
