The Burger Saloon 601 Main Street, Woodland, CA 95695

"I have the burger saloon a one star for a different reason. I came here twice, my first and my last. The food was good. But you had to order every dish separately. Crazy enough? It adds up!!! But the waitress was very nice and good for conversation. But I went to get change for her tip.... And I was told that they had already charged my credit card for the tip??? Ya, ok... But I don't like people grabbing my money for their own tip. Get it? Kinda rude in my world. I like to be in control of my money and give it to whoever I want. But, I guess the tip they snatched went to everyone and divided evenly. I understand that. Probably only the waitress getting tipped. But still I want the tip who I feel like tipping."

"This restaurant has a cool vibe to it just like the rest of the town. The staff is super friendly and lunch was a great time to be there. The egg and black forest ham burger was really good, the meat was cooked perfectly and the egg was delicious. Big recommendation for that one. The onion rings were well breaded and had a nice clean flavor. Very crispy and great, definitely recommend. The ranch... Watery. I love ranch and a thicker, flavorful ranch is the way. The flavor was good but it was thin and left me disappointed. Overall I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and those passing through like us. PS very clean bathrooms and it feels like a really family friendly spot. Also has a full bar so drinks, beer and wine are all available."

"Always good food and a different selection than a lot of grills. I had the spicy pastrami but they have a burger with fried egg (I like) and one of my favorites, pineapple ring, but pastrami got the nod today. Fries aren't included here so it gets pricey but at least the fries were crispy and hot, not soggy and half cooked like a lot of places."

"The food is as delicious as it looks in the photos and videos. We all know how rare that is! The service was good, but they could have been a little more attentive. My Husband and I are overall pleased with our experience and will be back when we're in town again."
