Ocean Restaurant

"I don't usually sit at this restaurant. But it's the only Asian Cuisine (I don't know the nationality they are-my apologies.) In Winters, CA. What we have tried was delicious! Mine was a "wrapped chicken" appetizer. Bo Bo Platter was good too. Thank you. I would recommend it to anyone."

"Friendly staff. Orange chicken was good. It is made with real orange and the chicken tasted fresh and tender. Chow mein was okay, underseasoned but cooked well. Everything else sadly was below par. We ordered a Szechuan Beef and 95% of it was onions. The beef we did find was flavorless, gray and rubbery. Sweet/sour pork was also very bland and way overcooked. This place is marginally better than other Chinese you'll find in the area (Dixon, Vacaville)."

"My husband recently had surgery on his esophagus and stomach and was finally able to eat something a little more solid. The waiter said they would work with him. And they did exactly that. There had been a misunderstanding with my order, but the waiter immediately corrected it, even though I had told him not to worry about it. That guy was so nice and professional. Would highly recommend this restaurant."

"Little hole in the wall. Mom and pop place. Shrimp chow fun is great - not a lot of shrimp but still good (see pic). Huge portions. The chicken dish was a little disappointing. The chicken, like at most Chinese restaurants, had a some inedible pieces. My rule is to never order chicken from a Chinese restaurant and that's the reason (someone else in my group ordered it). No menu online nor website. You can get takeout but you either have to go in and order or know already what they have. They pretty much have all the same menu items as most Chinese restaurants and they would probably be able to get you whatever you wanted. Took about 20 minutes for the order to be ready. We also ordered hot and sour soup. It was pretty good - not the best I've ever had but it was a LOT. There were two of us and I probably wouldn't order it again because of the size and the cost associated with it. Having said that, the prices are decent. In the case of the soup, it's enough to feed five people."

"This would be just perfect if only for the ambience and how the place is lighted. It's a hole in the wall restaurant in the middle of the town in Winters,Ca. The food was piping hot which I love especially for chinese food and that's a good sign! Cook to order entrees. The food was delicious and they give you huge servings enough for two people! I am talking about the combination plate, which is by the way for one person! Chili oil is homemade folks and is the bomb! Really good chinese food!"
