"I hope everyone knows that you're supposed to eat the penuts given to you and traditionally discard them on the floor of the restaurant. But we're in California this has got to be the cleanest Five Guys I've ever seen. Not a single shell on the floor. And when i start to throw mine on the table, i get dirty looks.. some restaurants are best on the east coast."
"I like the food and burgers, they taste good and have so many tasty add ons. However, no joke, every single time I order they mess something up - missing bacon, or lettuce, or other toppings. I've even received extra burgers, which I'm not really complaining about but I bet someone else was missing theirs. On top of that, the staff doesn't care at all. Customer service sucks. Fries are super whatever and the ketchup situation is nonsense."
"Very pleasant experience here. Our burgers and fries were fresh and tasted delicious. It was an awesome juicy burger with fresh toppings after a rough workday. The tables were clean and the building followed suit. The bathroom was clean and had soap/paper towels. I would come back again in a heartbeat."
"When one guy isn't enough, take five guys all at once. This is the real deal and they'll let you know by posting all of their reviews from every publication they were in. From inflight magazines to what some dude on the street said in '96, their reviews are everywhere which is odd...since you're already inside the restaurant while you read them. Is this for validation? Is it so people feel like..."yeah, I made the right choice". This location is like others but the staff here go the extra mile. At 9:30, right before closing, they loaded up the fryer with fresh fries for a family of four after the cook saw there were old fries out. Try their Cajun fries if you're not making out with anyone after. Or if you are, make sure they share them with you."
