"I mean I almost want to give a 3 stars but 4 is more reasonable. Huge selection which I expect but does every employee hate their job that much? Everyone always seems miserable and it's never busy. What could be that bad that the employees don't care that much?"

"Everyone's always nice and they're great about honoring coupons even if they have trouble scanning them my only complaint is how much the employees hover over you when in the shoe department. Don't get me wrong I understand loss prevention and all that but I don't know if the hovering is really necessary unless you're planning on chasing down someone who tries to take off of the pair of shoes and I think cameras or other forms of tracking your customers wouldn't be as invasive to their shopping experience"
