"The quality of the food here is so good! I recently had lunch with soup, rice, and a dish with colorful fresh and not overcooked vegies for $11.50."
"I asked the waiter if my Szechuan chicken came with vegetable, and he said no; it came with broccoli when served. Then I asked for it to be extra spicy because the menu says it’s spicy already; it came, and it was sweet. I should have just looked at the website to see the pictures of the food to better understand the dishes because the waiter was not accurate on the dishes I asked about. Even though my dish was sweet, it still was not flavorful at all. The service was very poor, because the waiter never even checked in with me to make sure everything was OK. I haven’t eaten at Hunan Village for a very long time and I’m sad to say I won’t be back."

"I was impressed, such a humble looking place but the food was sooo good. I took hot&sour soup and shrimp dumplings and they were just awesome. They deliver as well! I recommend :) PS. I took my family to Hunan Village - we all enjoyed this place so much! This unpretentious, authentic restaurant has charmed all of us. Our waiter was just adorable - she joked and laughed and made us feel so welcomed. We met the owner as well and I want to assure you - when such a nice people run the business, everything falls in place. Food is sacral - you want to have positive energy and enjoy your meal fully. This little place will make it happen. We will be back again and again that is for sure."
