"Shredded Chicken Enchiladas with red sauce is my goto dinner plate. Usually always good. The last few times the enchiladas were a little smaller and didn’t have enough sauce to cover the enchiladas. Next time I go I will mention it, I’m sure they will make it better."

"My son in law and I chose El Gallo when we couldn't find the taco truck he usually goes to. We hit it at lunch time and was really busy but we got a table anyway. I think the lady that a couple of people have mentioned in the reviews sat us down and was okay though didn't bring us a menu when we asked and instead pointed to the scan code. You could read a bit of an edge to her. I suspect it was her husband that waited on us and he was super friendly. We ordered the basic combo plates - taco and enchilada with rice and beans. It was very good and the other meals that came out of the kitchen looked good as well. I'm from Texas so I am pretty critical of Tex Mex and I can say with some authority that this was better than a lot of Tex Mex fare... If I come back to Petaluma, I'll try their birria tacos. I would have ordered that if I had seen it on the phone menu. Would have been nice to have had a real menu."
"Probably THE BEST pico de gallo EVER! The freshest tomatoes. The husband and wife are very friendly. Business for 13 + years . Extra points for the chef. We drive all the way from Sacramento for this delicious lunch once a month now a new tradition."
"Shrimp. Burrito regular size 15.00. Was not worth the price. Rice tasted old wak was dark color. Burrito had blan taste was not tasty and over priced.. i asked for pico she refused to give me. Was not impressed"
