"I know it’s not the workers fault, I’m sure they’re severely understaffed, but every time I come here I wait 30 mins- 1+ hour in line for my prescription, just to get to the counter and wait another 10 mins for them to not even be able to find my prescription. They have tried blaming it on “your prescription is still getting filled at your previous pharmacy.” Sorry, but no it is not. You are supposed to have it. It is absolutely infuriating when you have a medication that you NEED to avoid complications, and they just tell me straight lies and never have my prescription on time. It is ALWAYS at least TWO WEEKS late. Absolutely ridiculous. Even WALMART pharmacy is worlds better than this. Rite aid as well. I will be switching ASAP, I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for months, and still without a doubt, this is THE worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Absolutely AWFUL. Nobody should ever use them. Especially if you’re someone who needs something life saving like blood pressure medication or anything."
"The store is clean and smells good when you arrive. I was greeted by the cashier within the first 30 seconds. The line at the pharmacy was short and went faster than other pharmacies in the area. The pharmacy cashier was helpful and informative. I will definitely choose this one as my main pharmacy."
"My mother wanted one item and some cash back. We went to the usual front register but the sign said, "Next register". Look to the left, there is only the Self-check while a staff person stands idly by. She tried to rout us to the Self-check but that had a sign that said "No Cash Back". She directed us to another Self-Check and continued to stand by as the elderly gentleman in front of us struggled through his purchase on his own while trying to apply a series of coupons. When one coupon wouldn't scan we waited while the staffperson determined the problem and explained that it conflicted with another he'd already entered. He wanted the better coupon, so she had to call a manager to void the first. While waiting for the manager, the staffperson offered to check the man in line after us, herself, and led him to the regular register. When the manager came to sort out the Self-Check she overheard me say that I didn't know why the staff person wouldn't check us out when we'd been waiting 10-15 minutes longer than the person behind us. The manager said, "That's the new policy. She only checks you out if you have alcohol." So it seems the new policy is that everyone is required to Self-check, regardless of ability, and even though there are only 2 machines, one of which isn't full-service. And short of a booze run, staff will absolutely not assist."
