"This is hands down the worst run location I've ever experienced. Drive through people need training and if sa customerr has an issue that can't be quickly rectified they need to move them out of the way rather than leaving patrons waiting in a line they can't get out of for 1 person complaining & taking literally 15 minutes. Franchise owner should take note since it looks like this has happened to others"
