"The local sushi place on the north end of town directly across from the Indian springs resort. Lots of choices - menu more than just sushi. Very attentive staff. I'm not educated on Japanese food, or sushi for that matter, but it all seemed fresh and attractively presented."

"Miso hungry! Stopped off in Calistoga for a little sushi. The miso soup was very nice. The sushi was fresh and tasty. My wife had the ramen and wasn’t very happy, the broth was not very tasty and the meat had a funky flavor. Having said that the waitress was very good about it, and it was dealt with in a professional manner."
