"I was buying a grande coffee this morning and when I tried to pay for it using the Starbucks app a message appeared on the screen saying that the app couldn't be used because maintenance was being performed. Why would a coffee shop company perform app maintenance at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning? Wouldn't 2:00 a.m. be better! I paid cash for the coffee."
