"Over 18 years of having one thing to another insured I can safely safe this company and the Agent Nima Hayati to be some of and one of the scummiest and down right negligent insurance agents I’ve ever done business with. Go elsewhere unless you want a horrible headache of issues. When I purchased my home the check was sent to the wrong company which almost resulted in the policy being canceled. He told me over the phone “it’s not my problem you have to fix it”. This sent me down a path of issues with Erie. I am now with a new agent and a new company. Thank God I don’t have to deal with this fool anymore. Hopefully this review helps others choose much more wisely. After his buddy, also named Nima absolutely destroyed my house and was fired this Agent Nima Hayati called Erie and sold a slew of lies in an attempt to ding my credit and hurt me in the eyes of the insurance companies. Needless to say this is getting reported to the state."
