First Acceptance Insurance

"This is absolutely the worst insurance company. The best thing they are good at is giving you a cheap quote. I got to an accident on January 6th my claim investigation was completed a month later. But It is now the first week of March and my lienholder on my vehicle still hasn’t received my check to pay off my vehicle. I have tried to call and email multiple times with no answer. The customer service is ridiculous. I would not recommend this insurance company to anybody. Please stay away from this company if possible. I recommend reading the reviews before you do business with first acceptance I wish I would have."

"THE WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! I REPEAT WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!! They did my daughter so wrong! But with god all things are possible! I’m reporting them to everyone I can! I have a lawyer looking over my stuff and emails I received. To save yourself, your car and family I advise you to choose a different company! This company will take advantage of your urgency and do you however they want! They are the WORSE! I wish I could give them a half of a star!"

"Hands down the worse insurance experience I've ever experienced in my life. I was rear-ended on 5 Jan. Started my claim on 5 Jan. Found out the the driver of the car that caused the accident didn't have insurance. Since then I've been stuck talking mostly to machines, and not having my calls returned. They gave me a small portion on my claim (which would only help with rentals after 2 weeks of working and waiting on them) to which I was told, " we know there is more damage than what's being paid for and once my car goes to the repair shop I'll need to contact a supplemental line for any additional money needed. I dont understand why when most of the other damage was apparent from the pictures I sent in, they only appraised part of the rear when I had extensive front end damage from the car I was pushed into. Anyway, here we are after 3 weeks of being in a rental car that they're not going to reimburse me for and I still haven't spoken to anyone or received a final resolution. At this point I don't know what to do. I've been waiting to speak to an appraiser for more than 72 hrs at this point. I would definitely not recommend for insurance if you can afford to go elsewhere!!! "Poor service is a must", must be their motto."

"I currently have insurance through them and I pay 250 a month for full coverage on a 2010 sonata. I feel like that’s quite a bit for an older car. My account is always charging me 100-200 more every month than what I am supposed to pay. The due dates are always wrong and they always tell me I owe more than what I was quoted for. This is awful. I want to see what I will owe and when I owe. My payments are 244 a month and I just paid 300 for this month. I have to always call and go through a big ordeal to make the payment right and my account is always wrong. My options were to get a new quote with like 30 dollar higher a month or keep the same policy and deal with it and call every month to get it resolved. The lady at my branch named Bailey is great. She does what she can, but my account giving me wrong due dates and higher amounts is not ideal. I’ll be leaving after my policy ends unless this gets fixed."
