"Terrible and snarky customer service. Rude and off putting. Good thing food is cheap bc that's what it tastes like. Don't order through the app. Especially on a Saturday morning. You will not get a refund until you make a request to corporate on Monday and only during certain hours. The people here really just seem to hate their lives and it spills out onto people by the way they treat them. I went here for convenience and now it I stay far away. Please hire better help. This is a coffee shop for cripes sake. Not even anything special. You're better off going anywhere else. Even sugared saturated Starbucks because at least they know how to treat their customers."
