"No indoor seating. Staff doesn’t know how to make a chai frappe, came out all cream and no flavor. You used to be able to look at the small pond behind the Starbucks while drinking your coffee. Now there is no indoor seating at all, just an ugly, stark indoor area."
"During my most recent visit to this Starbucks location I had a question about how to redeem the rewards that were stacking up on app of my phone. A nice young man behind the counter took the time to explain to me - someone without a clue about how stuff like this reward program works. Thanks to him I walked out there in a matter of minutes with a refreshing drink after having finally redeemed a few of my "stars." That's one of the reasons why I gave this place five stars, I've gotten good service with a smile."
