"Cozy to-go spot on a busy street corner in Montclair where I go for coffee beans & chemex filters. They roast locally, and are a bit on the darker side but have a good variety of blends & single origin. Their espresso drinks are delicious and the batch brew is pretty solid. No pourovers, no seating. This is one of the few high quality coffee spots that’s open before 7am. They have some good pastries, usually a vegan option or two."

"This is located where the Starbucks used to be. Starbucks is now down the hill on the opposite side of the street. This place has a delicious savory muffin with a boiled egg inside. They served my matcha latte at the perfect drinkable temperature. Courteous staff. Because it’s a tiny space, they don’t allow you to eat inside (COVID restrictions)"
