"Placed a mobile order today my estimated ready time was 9:06AM, I went in at that exact time to pick up my order, bagel was ready on time but my coffee was ready 10min after by that time by bagel was already cold. The female making the hot drinks was moody Not being polite at all. This was my go to store being coming here for years the service has declined drastically."
"I go to this place at least 2 or 3 times a week and this time they made a mistake twice in my drink, and on the third time the son served me less than half in my drink for asking without ice. Something like this had never happened to me before. this sugar but the worker who helped me this time was very rude. My drink ended up in the trash, it was pure water and fruit."
"i ordered 2 separate orders for today . One was a traveller that was ordered and paid for yesterday for delivery today. The other order was made this morning for a latte. The store calls me 15 minutes before delivery to tell me that they are out of travellers and cannot fulfill that order. I asked why they accepted the order yesterday and waited so long to tell me and the caller then proceeded to tell me that i was wrong and that i could not have ordered it... well, i did and it was paid for. Then he hung up on me. On top of it... they then refused to make my latte. Saying that they were out of the items.... Really, out of coffee and milk at Starbucks? We try to order local as a local business but please know that we will not give you our services anymore... we also will explain the poor customer service that you provided. I guess the $70 order placed yesterday is not something that you want to get on a regular basis... thanks for the great start to our morning."
"I hardly review Starbucks but this one deserves a notable mention. Mama Kay has the warmest welcome, an exceptional model of a manager. Despite how popular and busy this location is, my coffee was served fast with a froth I love. Very clean and organized."
"You really can’t go wrong with Starbucks. This location was no different. Workers were kind, friendly, and helpful. They also had the largest selection of mugs and tumblers I have ever seen in one location. The variety was amazing. The store overall was very clean and location was easy to get to for an out of towner. My nitro cold brew was ready in under 2 minutes despite having a decent amount of people in the store. I’d go back any time."
