"After ordering I was waiting for my food standing near the register and a very nice employee (male, hispanic, 25-30 yrs old, had a bald head) asked me if I was helped yet and told him yes and I can tell he had such a friendly demeanor. I then took a seat with my kids in one of the tables and one of the staff members (male, hispanic, around 50-60 yrs old) greeted me in such a kind and sweet way while he took his break and ate his food. I thought he was just a customer. He made me feel very welcomed. Then I asked the guy with the bald head what are prices of drinks he said $3 then he said they charge but this time it will be on the house. That was very kind of him! Please go here, they are all great, even the cooks, they were all smiling, and seemed like they were all in such a great, positive mood! Customer service here is awesome really! And they all deserve a rais!"

"They have messed up our orders since we moved here. Gave them another try for the first time in a long time, and they included only half our food in our to-go bag with no indication that there was ever a second bag. I had to come back in full Christmas shopping traffic to pick up the rest. And they're completely sold out of most soups and sandwiches because their catering orders were too much to handle. They blame a skeletal crew. Fat chance I'll ever come back."

"The purpose of this comment is to highlight that the lady in gray ( who appeared to look like a supervisor) intentionally disregarded the (1) long line where customers were waiting outside to place their orders and (2) only having one cashier. It was disappointing to see the manager talked to someone behind the register and not taking orders for the entire time that I waited for my food. Instead of helping her staff. I would recommend that employee to have their side conversation away from the cash wrap so that it doesn’t give the people in line a false hope that she is going to take people’s orders."
