"Will never go again. I ordered via mobile app and went in. I showed them my receipt, and they wouldn't give me the food I paid for and ordered without a code. I told them I didn't receive a code, and the manager Eric said it wasn't their problem. I paid $50 for food that was never given to me. Walked out and went online to request my refund from corporate since the restaurant couldn't help us at all. They lost customers for sure."

"The staff here could use a course in customer service. As well as could use another staff member or two. Their main focus is the drive they area and the experience walking in wasn't a pleasant experience. They don't even acknowledge you they simply ignore you until you speak up after being passed over and over for a custom e waiting in the drive thru. The food was OK once I received it."

"Always have problems ordering here. Today I asked for 10 pc nuggets large fries with spicy buffalo sauce, I ended up getting no sauce only 6 pieces of nuggets and small fries."

"They forgot half my order then rolled their eyes when I asked for it. Double checked my receipt and everything. Being treated like I was trying to get free food. Plus the whole time every one was in the back ignoring customers except for the young lady who was also doing drive thru.. I will not be coming back here. There were other customers with the same complaint. No table numbers. Also the receipt machine for the kiosk is always out so you have to wait until some one notices you just to know what your order number is. Absolutely horrible experience. Corporate needs to do a random check because this was appalling.."

"The service is slow, but i am glad it still exists. Need more workers for this restaurant. The problem in US actually is that everyone wants to be successful, and no one wants to be a worker. It has to be changed for our own benefits. Maybe, successful people can volunteer to work in McDonald's a few hours per month."
