"Starbucks used to be about the "Experience ". My "experience" took 25 minutes to get a single hot beverage. People standing around and sitting waiting for their names to be called. Ordering ahead has ruined the Starbucks Experience. I used to get 1- 2 drinks daily. Now, I only go to Starbucks if it's my only option. Such. A. Shame. Starbucks will never be the same."
