"After a 59-minute drive to soccer tournament, I needed a coffee. To begin with , it was literally empty (2 more customers), and that should have triggered me to leave. Not only was the croissants burned. They took longer than other packed places, and the manager was very unpolite and rude after I asked for a sleeve for our drinks (4 very hot drinks) . She THREW the sleeves in the counter saying "Don't freak if you don't see a sleeve on your drink ,we're not supposed to hand them off anymore.But the other 2 customers got their sleeves... I'm very disappointed. Just had to say You guys really make me appreciate the starbucks from home "Fitzgerald Starbucks in Pinole CA. YOU ROCK!! The BEST !! ""

"as bad as it gets. gave this place a second chance but got the same result. overheated latte, zero microfoam. pretty much scalding hot milk with lousy coffee."

"I’ve come here at least 15 times and the coffee is consistently burnt/tastes off. Because of this I decided to just get food, and my wrap today was served falling apart (see photo). I understand they must be understaffed but I’d expect a coffee shop to have decent coffee. Giving 2 stars for cleanliness and quick service (when doing mobile order)."

"A quick review to say about an outstanding job Royce did today! Even though I’m calling out Royce, every time I come to this Starbucks’s location the staff is friendly…No matter how busy it is. Today was one of those days that Royce took some additional time to ensure I was happy with my order. There’s also welcomes all visitors. Highly recommend this location."

"Standard Starbucks location in a open mall park. Located next to big stores like Best Buy, Tj max, and others. Plenty of parking nearby and easy to get to from highway 101. The seating here is somewhat limited compared to other locations. They have clean bathrooms, clean facilities, and the staff is friendly and quick. No complaints for a Starbucks except for maybe the less than average seating arrangements."
