"I’m rather surprised by the bad rating because I thought this place was pretty good. Pastries were better than the coffee (get the croissant or one of the muffins) but even the coffee wasn’t bad - especially for an airport. I thought they could have used better seating arrangements but of course it is an airport after all. I would recommend for a little coffee and bite to eat before your flight."

"Seems like there are bad reviews about shop staffs at this coffee shop, but fortunately I have never experienced any rude attitude at this place. They serve extra strong coffee when we pay additional 50 cents, and I like it, especially arriving at SFO in early morning. It always wakes me up and motivates me to work after a long flight."

"Paid $10 for mocha $1 for oat milk where it should have been free. The coffee was really really bad. No taste of coffee. Store needs to shut or hire other skilled workers. Worst matcha ever."
