"Women's bathroom is is broken, faucet is unreliable, which means employees aren't washing hands! Music a little too loud. No coffee refills. At the price charged what about. 50 2nd cup? Some good employees some "too busy" being busy..."

"I came in and nobody was at the register. Ok fine. I heard idle chit-chat in the back but I just figured they would come out soon. I waited around for maybe 2 minutes until someone else came in. Once this person came in, they were immediately greeted with a "Hello, welcome in, how may I help you". I understand, that maybe I wasn't heard when I came in, so I just placed my order (after the person who came in after me was finished and left). I then proceeded to tell the young person what happened in a very calm voice, verbatim: "I actually came in before that other person and have been waiting for someone to come out. It doesn't feel very good with the feeling of being ignored". This is REAL the issue, he did not acknowledge what I said, no apology, not even an excuse. He just handed me my order and walked away. This was exceptionally immature and unprofessional, and yes, it kinda hurt too. I will not be back."

"Showed up at 7am to get breakfast for the fam. Waited 10 min at the register with no one in front of me. No one ever took my order. It looked like two employees were handling the drive thru, but no one was manning the register. A door dash driver who was there before me had been waiting for at least 10 minutes and they hadn't even started her order. Not a single employee even bothered to acknowledge, so I walked out. I'm not gonna patron a place that completely ignores the walk in customers."

"I tried the bacon, egg, and cheese pancake wrap and loved it. Also, I grabbed the munchkin chocolate glazed donut holes as well as hibiscus tea for a quick bite. Fast friendly service was given with a smile. Love the handicap ♿️ parking near the front entrance. Clean public bathrooms inside for customer use. Drive thru is also available. They have mobile ordering through take out delivery apps, which is very convenient. I will come in again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick bite."
