"I just left this place. Stood at host desk for 20mins. Nobody came to seat us. While my party of 5 stood there 3 other large parties came and left as wel. Its not that they didn't have open tables or tons of staff running around because they had both. All the open tabke were durty. Nobody even attempted to clean them. Tons of staff working but nobody helping the front at all. Wth. Will never go here again. An BUFFALO ww is my favorite place to eat. You loose"

"Took a really long time to seated, get served, and for the food to come out. All three of those separately. They clearly need more staff (probably because they don't pay enough) and you pay the price in your time. Hostess had to bus the tables. Ordered 5 tenders, they were TINY, and came with like 16 fries, all served on a small metal mess tray. Nearly $20 for that. I went home and had to eat again. Waitress was nice, flavor of the tenders was good. Never coming back."

"I really hope they step up there service because I used to really enjoy this place. Last time I was there it was empty. It took an hour to get 12 wings and at the end it was made incorrectly. I just left again with my past experience in mind without being greeted at an empty restaurant. I really hope this changes because like u said it can be a great place if service and food is overhauled."

"My first time to BWW in Pataluma. Don't think I will return. Came in on a Sunday around 1pm sat at the tables in the bar. Luckily the bartender waited on us! His service was great, he was friendly and helpful. Now the other server he was horrible. We couldn't help notice there was only 2 other table that came after us. They waited long periods of time while their waiter walked around, hung out at a table sitting down and did nothing. It was apparent he didn't want to be there. You could see the bartender wanted to help but the waiter would say no I got it. Floors were dirty and so was the bathroom. The Manger of this place needs to make some observations of their staff. Food was ok we recieved an additional order of wings cause they over season the o Lemon pepper, we didn't even ask they informed us, that was nice. Main projector is dim."
