"Asked for a grande coffee Frappuccino with an added shot. What I received was so light, got it remade and it looked almost even lighter. There's no point in remaking it the same, didn't get the cashier's name but she didn't seem to understand how to make it and I wasn't sure what to ask for how to have her make it. I've had many issues with inconsistencies from Starbucks so I stopped getting it for a long time. This is why you should support smaller businesses. Won't get Starbucks for a while."
"Hot black coffee, and she doesn't put a sleeve on the cup. I ask and she grunts and just points at a small basket with sleeves. Then the banana nut bread she hands me in the paper bag, is still in a plastic bag. Clearly her job is too hard for her. Every other day its 5 stars, with great service. But this girl is terrible!"
"It's fine. This Starbucks is small - confined within a larger store - but to complain about the App, which is super smooth, and get annoyed about the peak times in a busy central business district is not cool. Starbucks drinks are consistently good to excellent at this and most locations, and food is decent to very good."
