"This is the worst Dutch location I've ever been to. Super long waits always! and then being skipped in line by multiple people because the girl outside taking orders decided to go to the other side and take peoples orders that had just pulled in. We've had such good experiences at other Dutch Brothers so we kept coming hoping that it was just a bad day, but After 10 or so visits to this location , my family will not be coming back. They seriously need new management. The unique customer service experience at Dutch Brothers is one of the reasons people love to go there. But this place is consistently bad in all categories."

"I love getting fun teas and things at any Dutch so I'm glad there are finally 2 locations in Santa Rosa. I like the location of this one, but the line and parking can be tough since it is by the JC. I love the convenience of the app and having so many different options. I like trying out new drinks and then figuring out how to make them at home as well. I prefer Monin syrups over Torani, but sometimes I don't feel like keeping syrups around the house and just want to go get a Dutch!"

"There's a sign as you drive in that says, "No Waiting," but typically there's a wait of AT LEAST 10-15 minutes to get through the drive-thru line. This is the slowest location I've ever been to and I don't recommend it unless you have nowhere else to be. That said, they do have good drinks and the staff is friendly."
