"We all know the biggest coffee shop franchise in the world, Starbucks. Since it is a corporation I can’t give too much credit for the way they do business, but they should still value the customers first and foremost. This specific Starbucks is located inside of the Target on Santa Rosa Avenue. There is a bunch of room in the parking lot as well as handicapped parking. I do like that after you’re done shopping inside of target you can get yourself a little treat before you head out. The location is very convenient. I can compliment their holiday drinks and food. I enjoy their egg bites, sausage, egg, and cheddar cheese breakfast sandwich, and even their lunch sandwiches. Unfortunately, I have to say this specific Starbucks was not on top of their game. The morning I came in they forgot to call my name so I waited longer than usual. Also, some of the employees seemed very mundane and even a bit rude. Management, please get it together. I can compliment a specific barista there named Sophie. She was very nice and cheerful when I had spoken to her. Overall, to all the beautiful people of Sonoma county and visitors abroad I wouldn’t recommend coming to this Starbucks unless you’re already shopping inside target! It’s a smaller coffee shop and there’s constantly people in and out of shopping. I think it may be hard to concentrate if you were trying to sit here and work."

"There is no condiment station for adding sugar or cream to beverages. The attitude of staff was "inconvenienced" when we asked for cream or sugar. Bathrooms require a key code. The latte I ordered was very weak. I used to like Starbucks, but it seems quality and service are lacking these days. I will not be back."
