"They took my order right before they closed and even substituted my noodles for pho noodles instead of Thai noodles. I never got the vibe that they were upset having customers right before close like most places would be cranky or complaining. Food was phenomenal. 10/10"
"Very poor service. We were in line and one person was ahead of us ( me and my two guests) so we thought the other register was open, but the person standing there was just a server. So after the person who was ahead of us was served, we are supposed to be the next to be served, but a Chinese couple came inserted in front of us, so we decided to wait after they finished serving them , but I complained to staff that they serve the people first that inserted in front of us, and the manager was telling us to go back to the line. So I explained to him that we were ahead than these couple but the were served first. The manager name Alexander won’t even listen yo me and insisting that we have to go back in line. Very unprofessional manager. I told him I will make a complain how they treat their costumers."
