Fuego Mexican Grill

"First time here and I will NEVER go back. Customer Service is TRASH. AWFUL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I go in a few minutes after 12, maybe like 1203. There was no one else in the restaurant except me and a table of 4 already seated. The hostess asks if I’m eating in or to go and I say I would like to eat there. She then says, “Take a seat and I’ll be right with you.” Well, right when you walk in there’s a bench for people waiting. She didn’t clarify that I was supposed to seat myself at a table, so this being my first time there, I thought I had to sit at the bench and wait for her to take me to my table. While I’m sitting there a group of 6 goes in and she says the same to them. They seat themselves, so I guess they’ve been there before. This is when I go pick my table in the back corner. I’m seated for a few minutes, no one comes by to give me a menu, silverware, drink order… nothing. While I’m sitting doing nothing, a large group of 8 comes in to eat in and another large group of high school kids, maybe 8 of them, comes in for to go orders. FINALLY, the hostess comes over, but only to tell me to move tables! She wanted to put two tables together for the large group and make me move, even though I was the 5th person in there when there’s now maybe 20+ people. She didn’t even offer a free drink or appetizer for making me move. Offered nothing at all and didn’t even apologize. Fine, I move tables. Then what happens? I’m STILL there after a few more minutes (about 1215 now) of no menu, chips, etc., while the first group of 6 has gotten chips AND drinks, even though they came in AFTER me. At last the server comes over and gives me chips and salsa (STILL no drink and I haven’t even been given a DAMN MENU). But what do I hear behind me after the server walks away? That huge group of 8 people already has chips, drinks, gotten their menus, and that terrible hostess is taking their food order. If you want to be treated well and with respect as a paying customer should DO NOT GO HERE! STAY AWAY!!!"

"Another Mexican joint in Orland... I must admit that I just didn't see the point. But I am glad they are here. The food is great and at Taco Truck prices. The serving size is better than any of the trucks. So, in short, great food, great portions, and the best prices in town. Plus, you get indoor dining. I don't know about there booze selection, and sense I am a bit of an alcohol snob, I won't comment. (There are a couple TVs too) Service is great ... Don't know what it would be like if it were busy, but everyone is friendly."
