"This morning at 8:30am, I ordered a grande iced brownsugar oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice. And a piece of pumpkin bread. They asked if I would like the pumpkin bread warmed up and I said "No thank you." I received my drink & it had the full amount of ice they would put into a grande iced coffee.(if not, more!) I tasted it and it literally tasted like a plain iced coffee. No flavoring. No sweetness just plain iced coffee. Not shaken. Nothing. I then received my pumpkin bread and it was warmed up, after they had asked if I wanted it warmed up and I had said no. Very very verrrrrrrrry disappointed in this starbucks location & the drinks they were serving. It's not hard to put a few pumps of sweetener into a drink & shake it up!"
