"It took them over 10 minutes to even acknowledge that there was somebody at the front counter, and then after I placed my order using coupons I had to wait another 45 minutes to get my food. One of the things I had ordered was the breakfast jack and I had asked her if my breakfast, Jack was in the bag she said yes I got home and I had Junior bacon cheeseburgers instead of the breakfast Jack. I also had gotten the chicken wraps and the chicken in the wrap was to hard to even bite into, and on top of all that the food wasn’t even warm."

"My order was: Monster Taco & Angry Monster Taco $3.00 Qty: 1 Halfsie Fries $3.00 Qty: 1 & Jr. Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger $5.98 Qty: 2 What I received was only 1 Angry Monster Taco and a Halfsie Fries which had only small bits and pieces of curly fries. I tried to call about being shorted the Monster Taco, but no one answered the phone. Also, the website said my order would be ready in 7 to 10 minutes. It takes me about 5 minutes to get there and park. I stood by the pickup area, and no one even asked me what I was there for. I finally noticed what looked like my order being started about 15 minutes after I got there. Come on Jack. You can do much better. At least try. UPDATE: I have been back recently and the service has improved."

"Id give 0 stars if I could. Your people need to be better about telling people when your out of ice or have no gas in your drinks. I asked for different drinks several times and they were bad. Everytime I come where it’s either one thing or another. The people are Always rude to the customers or aren’t polite at all. There was 5 people there and it took like 25 minutes to get our order. What is your crew doing that it takes you that long to take our orders???"

"Great food as usual!!! We love getting our lunch here on the way up north. I love the chicken cob salad with a side of two tacos while Dean ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough bread with an iced coffee latte. Yum!!!!"

"This Jack in the box has to be be one of the best .The workers here have paid for homeless people's meal out of their own pockets.They have shown kindness towards the less fortunate in multitudes. The business itself has wonderful food. Affordable prices, speedy service, & the most friendly, kind, compassionate people I have seen in a long time !! Keep up the amazing job showing compassion, and being great human beings."
