"As soon as we sat down, our neighbors mouthed the words "good luck" to us. We soon found out what that meant. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. My wife didn't get a full plate of food, there was no silverware, items were forgotten about and the all you can eat took about 30 mins between refills. We were there so long I opted for another smaller beer, but it took almost 25 minutes to recieve it and it was the same price as my first tall beer. There were only 5 tables out of the entire restaurant, so they weren't terribly busy. For a $90 lunch it was less than mediocre. I will never make that mistake there again."

"Great food and service. Shasta is the best waitress with great service and personality. very friendly and cute. Deserves a raise. However the Ceiling has one white square with the rest being off grey…My ocd did not like this but talked to management and should have this issue resolved immediately. (Maybe Shasta will be the one to change the ceiling tile an make the world a better place)"

"Overall this was a decent place to stop. The service was outstanding and the food was pretty good. We got our food in a timely manner and the appetizer platter was on point. My daughter seemed to enjoy her pizza and fries, so that tells me hers was good as well. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The alcoholic beverages were a little spendy and on the weak side, though."

"Terrible service. And apparently they’re not going for appeal on presentation. We were just going in for a quick appetizer and something to drink. We were given our appetizer with no small plates or anything to eat them on. Once the wings arrived I asked for extra ranch to never receive it. And then never once in 25 min were we checked on. I would have loved a refill on my drink seeing how I finished it before the app even came out. Needless to say they’re prices are high and the service is low and the food is mediocre. Spent $25 on wings and two drinks."
