"I’ve been driving past them for a while now. I finally had some time to check out the place. The staff are amazing good customer service. The food is good! I will never go back to chick fil a when I’m in Medford. Can’t forget the sauces I had 3 different ones and they all were good! I got the five piece crispy chicken the chicken salad sandwich the pear lemonade & the strawberry lemonade, both lemonades were good but the pear is definitely my favorite! I recommend!!"
"Absolutely amazing. Would give more stars if I could. I ordered the chicken bacon avocado wrap w/ southern house sauce and peanut sauce with my friend. The food was made very fast, the chicken was moist and crispy, the lettuce and avocado were fresh, the fries were crispy, the peanut sauce was so good I could drink it. Definitely coming back for more!"
"The first few weeks they were open it was on point. Fresh chicken, large portions and accurate orders. It has slowly been going down hill. Sometimes the food is cold. Other times there are things missing. Today the portions are much smaller and they missed a sauce. The prices have gone up so it’s a bummer to pay 13.00 for less food and a missing sauce. The chicken is pounded thin and there are a anout half the fries as normal. It honestly looks like I’ve eaten half of it before taking the pictures. I will say it’s fresh today. So that’s something. We have very few options here in Eagle Point but I think this will probably be the last time we order here. It was so promising."
