"Went to their new location in Bay, AR . Will not ever go back. When we walked in no one greeted us or even said hello. This was our first time shopping for a prom dress for my daughter. No one acknowledged us. I had to stop a worker to get some help. Then we were passed around to three different workers. Some of their dresses were stained. Stated what we needed but apparently they weren’t listing or didn’t care but tried to give us dresses in colors we said we did not want . After feeling ignored and feeling like they didn’t seem interested in helping us, we left quickly and went and spent our money at Jessica’s in Bay. Would not recommend this place at all."

"They are by appointment only but we didn't know it until we drove all the way there and seen the sign on the door and then tried to call and they hung up on us and text and said please text. Well it would have been nice if the sign on the door would have said please text. Would not recommend this place."
