"The pizza is delicious. I have a dairy allergy, ordered a few times and 2/3 times no matter how many times I tell them I have a dairy allergy and it's on the receipt they put regular cheese on it. I've caught it every time before I ate it. This time when they messed up they just covered up the mistake with dairy free cheese. Now I'm home vomiting with diarrhea all night and have to miss work costing me $$$. I buy the pizza for convenience, but am even more inconvenienced because the employees don't know how to read a order receipt."

"Ordering online always works great, they always make the best CYO calzones. Whoever was working today, literally just what are you even thinking? This thing is paper thin and ripped open everywhere with toppings spewing out. Then the edge of it is like a foot thick compared to the rest. Look at the pictures of it!! You cant even call this a calzone. It’s a paperzone. This has to be a joke."

"Very frustrated with this location at the current moment! We love to order online the last 3 times we have order they have been out of our sides of our order. This time the only substitution they came up with was a salad. A salad isn’t what we ordered but I understand it the best they could offer so we gladly took it. As we get home and take a look the lettuce is all wilted and no good! We love the take and bake pizza but all there side forget it! Beyond frustrating and a complete waste of $8"

"Shout out to the new Lakeport California location!!! Not only are they clean, kind and very quick I got a great deal, free cookie dough for signing up with the text club and the most heart warming moment! I have 2 kids one of which is 1 so my hands were pretty full. The gentleman who took my payment saw I was struggling and offered to take my pizzas to the car. Best customer service! And of course the pizza is great! Thank you!!!"
