"Fast and friendly service. The food is hot and fresh. The wait for our order did not take long. Ordered the Margarita pizza and Madagascar Vanilla latte. The pizza is amazing. Hot and fresh ingredients. The cheese pull was fun too. Order a latte expecting to get a hot drink but we got a iced one instead. It's all good though. The flavor is amazing."
"Loving it! Fresh tasty food. Super excited we finally have one in the Rogue Valley. First time trying their pizzas. Baked fresh and taste great. Looking forward to their cheddar broccoli soup in a bowl next time. Come in the side street off of Garfield near Stewert Meadows Complex. Stoked they have a drive thru!!!"
"I love Panera and have been to at least 50 different locations. However, this location is something else. I went four different times and had a bad experience every time. Salad order was in half filled bowls, pizza was ice cold and many featured menu items not in stock. I received a text that my pick up order was ready but it wasn't. I had to wait 30 minutes to get it. When I asked when it would be ready, the counter employee said the kitchen was too busy to check so I had to sit and wait. The employees look lost and not trained. I had to help the register employee in placing our order as we used to go a lot to Panera. We hope management decides to support this location so we can eat there."
"Ordered the Teriyaki bowl and Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich to-go. Got home and opened everything up. The Teriyaki bowl portion size was an absolute joke, and the sandwich looked like it was just thrown together and it didn’t even have the Bacon that was suppose to be on the sandwich. Come on Panera, you’re better than this!!"
"Loved the food as always, ordered bread bowl and tea with the self checkout kiosk and it went very smooth. Bread cooked perfectly crisp and the soup was delicious! Busy hours for day time is 11am to 2pm. Expect a solid 30 minutes for all orders. Most soups will not be ready in the morning due to heating time so plan around that if you're a morning soup person just due to the time it takes to heat and prepare the bulk soup. Staff were incredibly helpful and moving with a furious pace."
