"This review is not referring to Dr. Jackson he is a great dentist. This is referring to the desk staff. They are rude and snooty and treat you poorly and harass you. I received a call that I was in collections and I called them to clear the matter up as I was under the impression I paid my full balance as I had a card on file. AUTUMN some newer girl huffed in the phone and was so snotty and wanted me to know she did not handle collections as she smacked her mouth in the phone. I have never been treated so poorly. Brittany then blew my phone up with 12 text messages at once. WHO DOES THAT!? She did advise apparently it was my card I had on file so I did follow up with them and got my card straightened out. But for me to be treated like I was is just unjustified. I will be paying this balance off and looking for a new dentist office. If he would get rid of these two rude girls he could save his patients!"
