Rose Quality Garage Doors

"Great guys. I filled out a questionnaire on their website at 7:30am and they were done installing my new torsion spring at 8:30am. Will recommend to friends and family for upgrades and repairs. The kicker is, my garage door isn’t even a brand they use and they still crushed it, thanks y’all."

"My garage door malfunctioned on Friday night. I barely slept since it would not close all the way and I have items in the garage I worried about being stolen. I also could not get my car out. I looked up the website early Saturday morning and saw that it had 24 hour service so I called at 8 AM. I was assured someone would call me right away. A technician did but as we talked, we realized he was 3 hours away and that another technician would need to call me. The first said he would let the company know and even gave me a name of who would likely call. I never got a call so at 2:00Pm, I called back and was again assured someone would call me. They never did. I spoke with a good friend who lives over an hour away and he told me I could fix it myself and began walking me through it but when I got to a point where I did not have the right tools, he got in his car and drove over an hour and fixed the door in ten minutes. It is Monday night and I still have not gotten a call back. Why advertise 24 hour service if you don't follow through? At least I did not spend $300 on a ten minute repair and I realized what a good friend I have."

"Steve has helped me several times over the past few weeks. One of our garage springs broke and he sent two guys out the next day to fix it! Then I had my large project two weeks later which was installing two very large garage doors to my new building and installing a small roll up door that we had bought from someone else in the back. We wanted the new doors to match the house and it came out perfectly. The guys came out a did a nice job. They showed me how to work everything before they left and even adjusted a few things that I wanted. Steve and his crew kept in contact with me so I knew what was going on since I had to work while they were doing the install. Highly recommend these guys! Oh and my new doors are 12 high by 16 wide and the motor is SOOO quiet. These are HUGE doors and I’m jealous that I don’t have these motors on the main house…likely a project for the future☺️"
