"They are honest in what they said. They warranteed the cooling system on our LG fridge for 3 years. It was 10 months and a blower motor went out and they sent a service tech to fix it. I am really impressed with them. I like honest companies."

"EDIT: After reaching out multiple times asking them to make things right, Ty has chosen to ignore my messages. I would not tell my worst enemy to do business here. I have contacted an attorney looking for next steps and to see what can be done so we can move forward and have a working fridge :( Great customer service and communication you have there, Ty. I wrote a review on their Woods Cross store and after their response (which is completely fabricated) I feel I need to share our story so others WILL NOT do business with these people. We bought a fridge and delivery for $850, after installation the freezer did not work (who knows if it ever worked). They said they would be willing to replace it for another fridge after they said no refund. We received a different fridge and after installation discovered water leaked out the back. They made the effort to bring us a different fridge from a different store and discovered that water leaks from the ice maker. I appreciate their willingness to "exchange" but when they exchange for another broken fridge time and time again it goes to show the character and quality of this company. We went through 3 fridges in the matter of a few weeks and none of them work properly. Customer service was extremely difficult as well -- we did not receive communication how I would have expected. We had to constantly reach out to see when they were able to deliver and what time (at times I feared they ghosted us). The first delivery we sat around and waited 2 hours because they were late to our scheduled time. This situation was extremely frustrating. I attempted to return and get my money back after the first fridge, but they have a no return policy - which we were not informed of at our initial purchase. As far as the fridge we have now, it seems more of a hassle to try and have them come back to fix it, so we are probably just going to have to find somebody else to do it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They will take your money and leave you with a broken fridge. For the hassle of this all, I would've spent $500 more dollars and purchased new. I hope the guy that is taking them to court can get some justice for all the other 1-star reviews who had similar experiences."

"I had a great experience with this store. We love our new fridge. The staff helped us find exactly what we needed and even pointed out a home layout issue that would have made our first choice a bad idea. Their warranty gives us great peace of mind and I feel confident they will take care of us if anything comes up. They were very knowledgeable about common problems amongst different brands and had solutions to fix them. Give them a look if you need a new fridge!"

"We bought this beautiful fridge from Refrigerate and absolutely love it. They guarantee everything works including the water and ice dispenser. When we went to go look the place was clean and the staff was so friendly and did everything to answer questions and ensure our satisfaction. They weren’t pushy or sales pitchy at all. Even though their 3 year warranty doesn’t cover the ice and water dispenser they sent someone to come fix the issues we started having with the ice maker/dispenser after we put the fridge in our house. Free of charge might I add. Their customer service is quick and very accessible! If you are looking for a nice fridge without paying high price, come here!!!"
