"My car broke down and I had it towed to Packards Shell. They told me 2 days for diagnostics which was great as the other shop I tried told me 5 days. I had my car back within a week and have had no issues since picking it up. Price was reasonable for the work required. Quick delivery of parts needed for my vehicle as well."

"1 star since I was able to get my car in the next day after calling. I took my car in for an alignment, tire balance and rotation. They also replaced a tire. Picked up my car a few hours later and while driving home it was worse than how I brought it in. I called to inform them of this and the response was “oh yeah you have a bent rim” took it to a mechanic and they also found my tie rod ends are getting loose. So my complaint is how on earth did they do the work they said they did with that issue? They just let me pick up and drive my car without telling me about the rim! The rim was not bent when I brought it in. If they truly did the work they would have caught that and informed me and told me the alignment couldn’t be done. Of course no one will take accountability or simply say they made a mistake and make it right or issue a refund. Of course not. Maybe this is normal to others but not to me that they charged $100 of labor to the work they claim they did. I never had a labor cost on top of an alignment, tire balance & rotation. This place came so highly recommended and I’m so disappointed that they did me wrong. I had go somewhere else and pay another $150 for the rim. They just did not care. It’s so sad how people get taken advantage of."

"I broke down late one night after picking up my daughter at the Nashville airport. All of the auto parts stores were closed and I had no tools with me so I was stuck. I had my Van towed to Packards Shell. They were able to fix it the next day after I dropped off the key.When I came to pick it up I was happy to have it back . I pulled across the street to Taco Bell and noticed a lot of wind sound from the rear. I got out and looked and my side window was missing. WTH? So I went back and asked if they knew what happened? It looks like someone tried to break in. I found no glass in the Van or around where it was parked. The guy inside was the deny everything type and the other guy was really confused about it all. However the last guy I talked to was Chris. He took charge accepted that something did happen while there and had it fixed the next day. Thank you Chris! A honest guy. Last mention, we live an hour and a half away from Nashville."
