"Tried 4x calling for a hair color, consult appt. Left vmails requesting a call back. Not even given a courtesy call. Picked this Salon since they are noted for using Redken color, and they were conveniently close to my home. Don't waste your time. One star given as google reviews will not let you leave a review unless noted with a star."

I've never been to a salon so uninviting and stuck up before in my life. If you want to get something really fancy done here I'm sure they're great, (they better be with their snooty attitude) but if you want anything short of a complicated and complex hair styling then stay away."
