"I like that this salon offers a beverage with your pedicure. My pedicure was great when I get them. However, there have been some instances of paint peeling entirely too soon with gel paint when I got my daughter's nails done. Also some techs are not the friendliest. Also everyone's quality of work is not the same as far as shaping and painting. Also it doesn't seem they are updated as far as colors to choose from for dip or gel. I would say this salon caters to an older crowd. The salon itself is beautiful though. Also the prices are on average for the area."

"I needed my prior dip manicure soaked off and then a basic gel manicure. I was so shocked by how disappointed I was with the service. This place looks like it would be worth the money, but it is not. The man who did my service did not speak to me other than asking what color I wanted. If I didn’t stop to tell him what shape I wanted my natural nails to be and that I wanted to keep the length, he would have just done whatever he pleased. My service was absolutely rushed. My nails look like I did them at home with how messy the gel application is. One of my nails is already peeling on the sides and I had this service done YESTERDAY. I overpaid for a service I could have done better myself. I will say that the ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful to me. I am solely disappointed in the specific service I received and the amount I was charged for it."

"This was a lovely place when they first opened. Over the years the service has worsened. My most recent visit will be my last. I called ahead and made an appointment for a pedicure and nail designs and informed them I wanted something special as I was having a vow renewal ceremony on Saturday. I arrived and told the nail tech what I wanted and showed him a photo. He agreed he could do it and even chatted with me about my marriage. However, at the end of my service he got a phone call from his girlfriend rushing him to finish so they could leave. My nail designs still were not done. He walked away and suddenly came back and said he didn't have the stones he needed to finish my nails like he originally promised to do. I knew he was lying to me because he was ready to leave. The owner of the shop sat back and said nothing. His girlfriend then came in and watched him put swiggly glitter designs on my fingers hurriedly. It was nothing like what I asked for. At first I wasn't upset but the more I thought about it after I left I realized how unprofessional and just inconsiderate and rude it was to lie to a customer just so you could go home, knowing it was for a special occasion. To top it off, my pedicure was horrible as well. My feet didn't even look as if I'd received a pedicure the next day. They used to care about their customers. I don't know what happened but it's not the same anymore. They lie with no care about how it impacts their customers just so they can be done. I would not recommend."

"My friend and I have been going to Elife for pedicures for a year now. In the beginning, the service was great. The place is clean. Three months ago we noticed the service was not as good. Today the place is still very clean but the service was not good. I waited in the chair with my feet in cool water for 35 minutes before anyone sat down to start my pedicure. My friend had hers finished before mine began and we went back at the same time! The gentleman that did my pedicure did do a fair job and he was nice. The prices had gone up but it would still be worth it if they were as attentive as they once were."

"I am never disappointed. Every tech is polite, their energy is inviting & creates a joyous, comfortable atmosphere, & they are very attentive to their clients. It’s also always clean & decorated so unique & nice. As far as my nail service I have, yet, to have a complaint about how my nails turn out once done. They always get me right!"
